Dawn Tyler Watson is currently one of the leading ladies of blues in Quebec. She has received several awards, including a JUNO Award in 2020 for her fifth album. On stage, she goes all out. She puts all her energy into making the blues she carries resonate and sharing it with the audience. Her songs are inspired by her experiences over the past few years, which have been, for her, a mix of artistic successes and emotional disappointments. The singer lets her creativity flow into various styles with blues as the common denominator. Among her accolades, she was the first Canadian and the second female artist to be crowned champion at the International Blues Challenge in Memphis in 2017. She has also been nominated and honored multiple times at the Maple Blues Awards.
